Dear President Obama, You know how you say that you’re going to take a look at every government program, and cut the ones that don’t make sense? As an American who dreams of a future in which we are not slaves in a dystopian military dictatorship where our overlords rule us through the cruel, unfeeling metal might of their robot legions, I humbly offer the following budget item as a candidate for a full and immediate cut.  Also, please stamp “FAIL” on all project documents with a big red stam
