Sunday snippets…

I am experiencing a bit of disorientation here in southern California. Usually when I arrive here I get a nice break from the summer heat of Texas (unless I’m here at another time of year, and it’s usually pleasant no matter the month). But I’ve been here since Thursday and this is the first day it hasn’t been over 100, and we’re pushing that today. Happily, Lyric’s place is WELL air-conditioned (not all places in this part of the country have air conditioning!) and so we’ve stayed indoors quit
