“Your battery is bad and will need replaced.” This was the diagnosis I got from the place that repaired our Roomba. If you’re from certain parts of the country, you won’t see anything wrong with it. But it sounds like nails on a chalkboard to me. It will need replacing or it will need to be replaced. It will not need “replaced”. Some common regional dialect quirks I can live with. This is not one of them. Knock it off, people.
