iRobot customer service shines again.

Back in May I wrote about how our Roomba vacuum had died, and the great customer service that resulted in me almost effortlessly obtaining a warranty replacement. At the time I was greatly impresssed with iRobot’s customer service, technical support, and warranty service, and it seems like I was about to test them again.
