Let’s get one thing straight. Having a Roomba doesn’t make me lazy. I am a very busy woman, with a job and church commitments and also I am taking two classes this semester! Back in May I wrote about how our Roomba vacuum had died, and the great customer service that resulted in me almost effortlessly obtaining a warranty replacement. At the time I was greatly impresssed with iRobot’s customer service, technical support, and warranty service, and it seems like I was about to test them again.
